Return Policy

We'll gladly return and refund unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please email orderfulfillment@bristmfg.com and include your:

● Order Number
● Product(s) to return

Next, you’ll be emailed a shipping label to send your product(s) back to us. Once received, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method or replacement product(s) will be sent. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please place a new order.
